Moreover, MEMS TC has been and still is involved in two FP7 projects. Together with R&D partners MEMS TC has worked on the development and industrialisation of packaging technologies for RF MEMS in the EU FP7 project MEMSPACK (2008-2012), coordinated by IMEC, Leuven, Belgium. MEMS TC is currently supporting the FP7 Regional Potential project METU-MEMS (2010-2013), at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, providing strategic advice and initiating new partnerships and projects.
